Comprehensive Undergraduate Scholarship to Study at Premier Partner Universities Across India

Goa Super 100 Higher Education Scholarship
To further bridge the gap in access to quality higher education, the Goa Super 100 programme by PACT Foundation offers full scholarships for undergrad degrees at select partner universities across India. This includes coverage of tuition & hostel fees for the entire duration of the bachelor’s programme (typically four years). This is open to students from Goa who have completed their Class 12 & belong to marginalised families, with selection based on academic performance and demonstrated need.
The goal is to empower 100 learners to access world-class education, transform their futures, and emerge as changemakers for their communities. Applications will be accepted through an online portal launching April 2026, making the process transparent and accessible to all eligible students for June/July 2026 intake.
A Global Opportunity for Young Leaders
PACT Foundation is proud to partner with QS ImpACT to open new doors for Goan youth on the global stage. Through this collaboration, selected Goan students will have the once-in-a-lifetime chance to travel to London, UK, and represent India at the QS ImpACT Youth Summit 2025.
This international platform will allow Goan students to join peers from across the world, exchange ideas, and bring back the skills, confidence, and networks needed to shape a more sustainable and inclusive future for our communities in Goa and beyond.

We believe that every child deserves a clean and safe learning environment. With our Swacch School – Toilet Abhiyaan, we address the critical issue of sanitation facilities in pivotal schools. By installing modern toilets and improving overall sanitation infrastructure, we take the first step towards transforming the educational experience for countless children.
Every child has the right to education, yet millions of children around the world are deprived of this basic right. At PACT Foundation, we are committed to addressing this issue and ensuring that every child has access to quality education.
The future of our nation lies in the hands of its youth. Goa Super 50 is our flagship program that aims to promote careers in Engineering, Medicine, and other prominent fields. We provide free coaching to talented students for common entrance exams, removing barriers and unlocking their true potential. To further support their dreams, we have earmarked INR 50 crore in scholarships.
Building a strong nation requires passionate and dedicated individuals. Our program aims to promote careers in civil services like IPS, IFS, UPSC, and others, specifically for Goan youth. We actively engage with schools, conduct extensive campaigns, and offer free training and coaching to nurture their aspirations and prepare them for a successful future in nation-building roles.
