The QS ImpACT Youth Summit is a two-day global gathering designed for and by young leaders, bringing together over 300 emerging changemakers, leading universities, industry experts and purpose-driven organisations to collaborate on solutions for a more sustainable and inclusive future. Taking place in London this 6-7 December, the Summit explores topics including AI for social impact, sustainability, entrepreneurship and youth leadership, equipping participants with the skills, perspectives and global networks to turn ideas into action.
Through the PACT Foundation x QS ImpACT Youth Scholarship, ambitious students from Goa will have the opportunity to represent India on the global stage, connect with peers from around the world, and return with the confidence, knowledge and networks to create meaningful impact in their communities.

Eligibility
The Scholarship is open to applicants who:
- are ordinarily resident in Goa;
- are enrolled at a recognised college or university in Goa;
- hold a valid passport, or have a passport application in process at the time of applying; and
- can communicate confidently in English.
Application Process
As part of your application, you are required to submit your application with your statement of purpose.
Round 1 – Submission of Entry. Complete the online application form, including the written Statement of Purpose.
Round 2 – Video Submission. Shortlisted candidates publish a Statement of Purpose video on social media.
Round 3 – Interview. Candidates who progress attend an interview with the selection panel.
Round 4 – Final Selection. The Organisers announce the selected scholars.
