Goa Super 100 Higher Education Scholarship
To further bridge the gap in access to quality higher education, the Goa Super 100 programme by PACT Foundation offers full scholarships for undergrad degrees at select out-of-state partner universities across India.
This includes coverage of tuition & hostel fees for the entire duration of the bachelor's programme. This is open to students from Goa who have completed their Class 12 & belong to marginalised families.

What This Scholarship Covers
This isn't partial support—it's comprehensive funding that removes financial barriers entirely, covering the full cost of access for the complete duration of undergraduate studies.
Full Tuition Fees
Full tuition fees for the entire bachelor's programme (typically four years).
Hostel Accommodation
Comprehensive coverage for hostel accommodation for the duration of the programme.
Full Duration
Coverage for the complete duration of undergraduate studies, removing all financial barriers.

Academic Performance
Minimum of 85% in HSSC (Class 12) Board Exams
We're looking for students for whom this scholarship is the difference between continuing education and stopping at Class 12.
