Terms & Conditions – PACT Foundation x QS ImpACT Youth Summit Sponsorship

  1. Eligibility
    • Applicants must be residents of Goa, aged 18 years or older, at the time of travel.
    • Applicants must be currently enrolled in a recognised undergraduate institution or college in Goa.
    • Selected candidates must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity from the date of travel.
  1. Parental/Guardian Consent
    • Written parental/guardian consent is mandatory. Parents/guardians must sign a consent form acknowledging awareness of the programme details, travel itinerary, and terms herein.
  1. Sponsorship Coverage
    • The sponsorship covers: return economy airfare from Goa–London, visa fees, 3 nights’ shared hostel accommodation, meals during the official programme, and London airport transfers.
    • Any additional expenses (including but not limited to personal expenses, insurance, extended stay, or discretionary travel) are the responsibility of the participant.
  1. Conduct & Representation
    • Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully, adhering to the laws of India, the United Kingdom, and the event host institution.
    • Participants represent both PACT Foundation and QS ImpACT and must conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the reputation of both organisations.
    • Any misconduct may result in immediate termination of participation, with participants bearing all costs thereafter.
  1. Liability & Indemnity
    • PACT Foundation, QS ImpACT, and their affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, accident, illness, delay, or expenses arising from participation in the programme, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
    • Participants are required to arrange their own comprehensive travel and health insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
    • By applying, participants (and their parents/guardians) agree to indemnify PACT Foundation, QS ImpACT, and their representatives against any claims arising out of their participation.
  1. Visa & Travel Compliance
    • While visa application fees are covered, issuance of visas is at the discretion of the UK authorities. PACT Foundation and QS ImpACT cannot guarantee visa approval.
    • Participants are responsible for providing accurate documents and information for visa processing.
  1. Media & Publicity Consent
    • By participating, applicants consent to their photographs, videos, and testimonials being used by PACT Foundation and QS ImpACT for publicity, reporting, and promotional purposes.
  1. Withdrawal & Substitution
    • If a participant withdraws after selection, the sponsorship may be offered to another eligible candidate at the discretion of the organisers.
    • Substitution is not permitted except as decided by the organisers.
  1. Governing Law
    • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Goa.
