Higher Education Scholarship

To further bridge the gap in access to quality higher education, the Goa Super 100 programme by PACT Foundation offers full scholarships for undergrad degrees at select partner universities across India.

This includes coverage of tuition & hostel fees for the entire duration of the bachelor's programme. This is open to students from Goa who have completed their Class 12 & belong to marginalised families.

THE PROGRAM

What This Scholarship Covers

This isn't partial support—it's comprehensive funding that removes financial barriers entirely, covering the full cost of access for the complete duration of undergraduate studies.

Full Tuition Fees

Full tuition fees for the entire bachelor's programme (typically four years).

Hostel & Living

Comprehensive coverage for hostel accommodation and monthly living expenses.

Full Duration

Coverage for the complete duration of undergraduate studies, removing all financial barriers.

Who This Is For

Residency

Students from Goa who have completed Class 12

Financial Need

Annual family income below ₹600,000

Academic Performance

Minimum of 85% in HSSC (Class 12) Board Exams

We're looking for students for whom this scholarship is the difference between continuing education and stopping at Class 12.

Why This Matters

Higher education is one of the most reliable pathways out of poverty. But quality education remains out of reach for millions due to prohibitive costs.

Goa Super 100 intervenes at the critical transition from Class 12 to undergraduate studies. We catch students before they fall through the gap.

Scholarships Application Portal

The Goa Super 100 Higher Education Scholarship offers full scholarships for undergrad degrees at select partner universities across India. Applications will be accepted through our online portal launching April 2026 for the June/July 2026 intake.
